The centre shares the site with the Mildenhall College which ensures that both the local community and college students benefit from the sports and leisure facilities and programmes of activity for all ages.


The centre boasts a Mainhall, Gymnasium, 3 Squash Courts, Fitness Studio, 2 Studios, a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and a Soft Play Area.


The Mainhall has lines for 4 Badminton Courts, a Netball Court, a Volleyball Court, a Basketball Court and a 5 A-Side Football Court. The facility is a training facility for many local clubs and for coached activities, it is also home to our winter 6 A-Side Indoor Cricket League to which we always welcome new teams to and is also used for Children’s Parties (Bouncy Castles, Skating, Football etc…).


The floodlit MUGA is split into a small outdoor court suitable for football, tennis and netball and a large outdoor court suitable for football and hockey. The facility is a training facility for many local clubs and for coached activities, there is also a very successful all year round 5 A-Side League to which we always welcome new teams to. There are also Squash and Badminton Ladders all members are welcome to join.



Our Pirate Island Soft Play area is great for the under 5’s, it can be played in on a casual basis, hired for parties and is also the location of our crèche which is offered on all of our weekday morning classes.



Mildenhall (Dome) Leisure Centre is managed by Anglia Community Leisure on behalf of Forest Heath District Council. Anglia Community Leisure is a not-for-profit, charitable company, set up to provide leisure management services within the Forest Heath and wider area.
