This garage was always a nice garage with good customer service. Whoever is on the customer service test now because it isn’t Clive is absolutely atrocious and condescending absolutely arsehole and I will tell anyone ever never to go to this garage ever again whoever it is needs to learn customer service and not be rude, this says it doesn’t cost anything to be pleasant and truthfully if you don’t want to do the vehicle, you just tell us you don’t need to be rude to try and get us to basically fuck off

Great service & MOT. Had coils changed turned out one was bad. Returned next day, replaced & fitted, no charge. Outstanding.
