Unfortunately i have not had a good experience with this company. It was a simple job of changing a heat element in a water tank. But they cracked the tank, then failed to drain the tank properly which caused a leak through the ceiling. The conclusion was they did not accept any responsibility. The tank was only 8 years old and still under guarantee. Water softener fitted in the house. I had to pay for a new water tank, the decorating costs and go without hot water for weeks! I won't be using them again. Poor service!
